Our story
At Lake Michigan Coffee, we roast in small batches along the shoreline in Coloma, Michigan, where time is savored, the water runs deep, and community is at the heart of everything we do. Founded by Jon Goble in 2020, our roastery began with a simple belief: coffee should be great, honest, and shared. What started as a passion for roasting has grown into the purpose of bringing people together over a truly exceptional cup. Every batch is hand-crafted with care, using only the best tasting beans. We're proud to be a local Michigan producer with a personalized approach to every customer. Just like the lake that inspires us, our coffee is deep, rich, and made to bring people together. From our shore to your door, we hope it creates moments worth remembering.

We roast daily in small batches for peak freshness, sourcing premium beans from trusted farms around the world and hand-crafting every batch ourselves. As a local Michigan producer, we lean into what a small roastery can do that a big one can't: know your name, remember your order, and answer the phone.
Whole bean, ground, or K-Cup — however you brew, it left our roaster within days of reaching you.
